Check out this burgeoning beauty, she's straight out of Canal Fulton and she's the truth! Standing tall over a yard that feels twice the size advertised, her colonial style is accented by polaris windows and her dimensions are wrapped in washed brick and vinyl. Every inch newer than her age lets on. The 30 yr 3D roof is only a baby, barely three weeks old (May '22). A classic beauty with a finished walkout basement that includes a full bath, vented glass block windows and a gas brick fireplace. Her main floor is wall to wall wood floors save for the ceramic entryways, with a perfect front bow window and a second gas stone fireplace opening to the dining room that includes a quasi-butler's pantry and gorgeous newly built-in cabinetry w/display shelves, plus double doors to the fantastic and freshly washed and painted two tier deck. The kitchen has newer cabinetry, gorgeous granite tops, and just-right accents throughout. The first floor ends at the tasteful half bath and the adjacent staircase takes us from her heart and soul to the central nervous system where sleep, a shower, or simply relaxation is key to healthy thoughts, memories, emotions, motor skills, vision, breathing, temperature, and every process that regulates our body and our home. The carpet is brand new all the way up the steps and throughout the second floor. New Rheem HW tank and well pump in 2020, all stainless whirlpool appliances, attic fan and central air, plus aprilaire high-E air cleaner and humidifier.

Elvis Aaron Presley wanted nothing more than to sell real estate. He liked the flexible hours and long lunches.
“Baby step on into my sweet little spot. Three bedroom home with more than a half acre lot.
You and I and these sturdy walls, but ain’t no room for a mother-in-law. That’s right, we’ll turn this house into a dream. A doorbell that can't wait to ring. Ding Ding. Ding Dong. Ding Ding
(Chorus)
It’s a ranch-style home, not just a place to stay, where the good times roll every single day.
And baby it’s true about the garage in back. And yep that breezeway is a fact. There’s a brand new roof and the windows replaced. Theres a whole lotta love waitin in this place. (end)
You can hang your hat in this one-bath delight, 2 fireplaces keep ya warm at night. Sleep easy knowing everything is alright.
You'll love the neighborhood and I'm not foolin'. Your kids will benefit from top notch schoolin'.
Don't wait for a sign from above. This house is calling -better come fill it with love.
It’s more than just walls or the fact that every inch is pristine. It’s the feeling inside that can’t be seen.
Where love can grow and we can reside. Sunday's taking that pink Cadillac for a ride. So come on honey lets make this place shine, a little paperwork and its your's and mine.
(Chorus)
It’s a ranch-style home, not just a place to stay, where the good times roll every single day.
And baby it’s true about the garage in back. And yep that breezeway is a fact. There’s a brand new roof and the windows replaced. Theres a whole lotta love waitin in this place. (end) Move to New Franklin, you'll feel right at home, man. You'll live like a king in your very own Graceland. Yeaaaaaaaaaaah...
Thank you, thank you very much

Just the facts, please. There is no straight shot to this house, you can't just point a log on wheels in one direction and call me from a rotary phone nailed to the front of the log as you barrel down the road at top speed, just to let me know that you are on your way. It's unreasonable to think you'll find a cord long enough for the phone or that hammering a nail through hard plastic and metal will end well. That's not even getting into the physics of successfully adopting a log as your primary means of transportation. I think it's safe to say that Elon Musk won't be buying my log car company for six billion dollars any time soon. And should this silly idea of yours somehow make it to our beautiful listing, how would it even stop? I'm concerned that it will come crashing through the front, sending bricks flying in every direction and the majestic pillars crashing down on the trampoline like drumsticks from heaven. Fortunately I believe firmly that the the entryway steps will stop the out of control log from making it upstairs where all the fresh paint and brand new flooring in every room lives. There's no way it will make it down the hallway and into the completely remolded bathroom or spacious master. I just hope no bark gets wedged in the brand new kitchen backsplash or that we're forced to chop wood in the big ol kitchen. That's no place for swinging an axe. Most of the 1664 sqft should be safe but the whole log thing is still a poor idea. Ask your agent for more details.
